By accessing or using KanairoXO you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
KanairoXO is designed for individuals aged 18–26 in Kenya and the broader East African region. By registering you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements.
KanairoXO provides intentional dating features for singles, relationship enrichment tools for couples, curated event experiences, and an in-app date booking marketplace connecting users with Nairobi venues and service providers.
You agree not to harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users; post false content; impersonate any person; engage in hate speech; scrape platform data; or use the platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation.
KanairoXO operates as a marketplace facilitating bookings between users and third-party venues. We are not party to the service agreement between you and the venue. Payment is processed in-app at time of booking. Cancellation policies are set by each venue partner.
Events hosted on KanairoXO by third-party hosts are subject to their own terms. KanairoXO is not liable for the conduct of third-party event hosts. Ticket purchases are subject to the cancellation policy stated on each event listing.
Integrations with Spotify and Apple Music are subject to their respective terms. KanairoXO is not responsible for the availability of third-party services.
KanairoXO is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including those related to interpersonal relationships or venue service quality.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Nairobi or through mutually agreed arbitration.

KanairoXO is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Kenya’s Data Protection Act 2019.
Directly: name, email, phone, date of birth, relationship status, profile data, photos, voice notes, written content, and booking history. Automatically: device info, IP address, usage patterns, and music data (only with explicit OAuth consent).
To match you with compatible individuals; personalise your experience; send account communications; process bookings and payments; improve features; ensure safety; and comply with Kenyan law.
Used for account verification and optional SMS communications only. Never shared with advertisers. Opt out at any time by replying STOP or via in-app settings.
Accessed only with your explicit OAuth consent. Used solely for compatibility signals and playlist features. Never sold. Revocable at any time from your profile settings.
Transaction data is retained for legal and accounting purposes. Payment processing is handled by licensed third-party processors — KanairoXO does not store full card details.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
We implement TLS encryption in transit and access controls. Report suspicious activity to security@kanairoxo.com.
KanairoXO is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately deleted.
